Maternity cover up to nine months contract Nottingham Trent University - Clifton Campus We are seeking to recruit an energetic individual, to join our highly successful team of more than 50 sports enthusiasts who are dedicated to ensuring that an NTU student’s lifestyle is much more than lectures and lie-ins. As a Sports Facility Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the sports facilities and fitness suites. You will have a flexible approach and be professional in delivering a gold standard customer service at all times. In addition to the above you will be able to demonstrate the following: Be able to work effectively in a leadership role delegating work effectively, involving staff in decision making, identifying strengths and weaknesses to enhance performance and ability of your team. Have strong written, verbal and electronic communication and interaction with our internal and external customers. Have experience of recording, counting and monitoring cash and electronic payments. Have experience of working within a sports and fitness environment and have up- to-date knowledge of health and safety practice. Ability to work under pressure and deal with a number of tasks at any one time. You will be working to a rota, shift patterns may vary and you must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
