There is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in a major event in Nottingham from the 6th – 9th July 2017. It is called the UK Corporate Games and is Europe’s largest annual multi-sport festival for businesses.

The Corporate Games has a powerful 30-year History in the UK and overseas and it has visited a host of terrific City’s. It is going to be one of the major events of the year in the East Midlands and fantastic facilities will be used for each of the festival components.

There will be 23 great sports on the packed weekend programme. The Games will feature a host of celebrations and administrative components too and you have the chance to become involved as an Official Games Helper in this festival.

This event will feature hundreds of players and participants from Nottingham, the East Midlands and from throughout the UK. The new David Ross Sports Village at the University of Nottingham and the Highfields site will be major destinations for the Games. The atmosphere at these venues will be outstanding as there will be around 16 sports played concurrently on Campus.

Event organisers are looking for a number of Official Games Helpers to support the delivery of the Games and there will be some terrific people involved. The Games is for the umpires, officials and Games Helpers too so in addition to a rewarding experience all selected Helpers will receive additional benefits like, a personalised Games ID and registration guide, Officials T-shirts, Games Gifts, Souvenir programmes and everything that the Competitors will receive, as it is a festival for everyone.

The major support opportunities will be on the 6th, 7th and 8th of July. This event has been very popular with Helpers in the past in Loughborough, Liverpool and Stoke in recent years so feel free to speak to any colleagues that you know from these areas who may have been involved previously.
