Sport Nottinghamshire Funding Workshops

Over the next few months, Sport Nottinghamshire will be hosting workshops to provide partners in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire with further information about Sport England's recent funding streams to support the delivery of their new strategy, Towards an Active Nation.

The first of these will be held on Monday 24th April between 9.30am – 12pm at Nottingham Trent University Clifton Campus. Focusing on Helping to Keep the Active to Stay Active When Life Changes, the workshop will provide:

  • An overview of Sport England's Approach to Investment in line with Towards an Active Nation Strategy
  • An insight into the Core Market Investment Guide
  • Opportunities to network with other partners in the room and explore partnership opportunities

The final workshop will focus on the Families Fund. Held on Tuesday 6th June at Nottingham Trent University Clifton Campus, the workshop will focus on “projects that offer new opportunities for families with children to get active and play sport together”.
