To mark the launch of our new website, Sport Nottinghamshire has joined forces with Boots to offer new Shape Up Notts! members the chance to win a fabulous beauty hamper worth £100, courtesy of Boots.
 
To be in with a chance to win, simply sign up to the Shape Up Notts! campaign  during September and log at least 1000 activity points per week for the first four weeks after joining. It really is that simple.

Need motivation?
Exercise doesn't always have to be the same old routine - you can vary your activities, get fit and earn points whilst trying something different. Here are just a few ideas to help you top up those activity points:
 
  • 45 minutes dancing to your favourite tunes or just 30 minutes of moderate swimming would earn you 225 points

  • Just 15 minutes of hula hoping will earn you 90 points

  • A fun 45 minute game of Frisbee with family or friends would earn you 112 points

  • For those more chilled out days, you could earn 150 points from 60 minutes of light walking or 240 points from an hour long yoga session

JUNE SHAPE UP NOTTS COMPETITION
Sport Nottinghamshire is pleased to announce the winners of the June 2009 Shape Up Notts competition.
 
To qualify for a New Balance I-Pod holder people had to register on the Shape Up Notts site and log points in June.
