| Q1. | Why is my sport not listed? |
| A1. | We have tried to include all of the most popular sports; however, as the list of sports is almost endless, there will be some omissions. If you cannot find your sport, choose the most similar sport from our list, e.g. for Octopush (underwater hockey), choose swimming, for Canoe Polo, choose Canoeing.
If you are looking for a specific disability sport, please choose the equivalent able-bodied activity.

| Q2. | What if I don`t have an email address? |
| A2. | You will need an email address to use this website, and will be able to get a free email account from a number of providers, including hotmail and yahoo. |

| Q3. | What are the points values and how are they calculated? |
| A3. | When you enter your activity onto the web-site, this will then provide you with a score for that activity. These points are based on the MET value (Metabolic Equivalent), calculated by Sports Scientists, and vary according to the physical intensity of your sport, for example squash will be more physically demanding than yoga.
Your total points score can then be used to compare the levels of activity you have completed over the year. |

| A4. | If you cannot see your graph either you do not have any data yet to fill the graph or you do not have Flash Player installed on your computer. This can be downloaded at www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ |

| A5. | The automatic date complete function requires you to have JavaScript enabled on your computer. To enable JavaScript check the options in your web browser (editing this setting may require you restart your computer.) |

| Q6. | What do I do if I forget my username? |
| A6. | There are three ways you can find out your username.
1. It will be on the original greeting email sent when you registered.
2. Look at the Memberlist on the Forum pages - you do not need to log on to do this. You will find a list of all the registered usernames here, and may remember yours when you see it.
3. Click on the Forgotten Password link. You will then be sent an email containing your username, however, your password will have been reset.
