| Get your company signed up to take part in the Shape Up Notts! Workplace Challenge, sponsored by GMB Union, and prove that your business is the fittest in business in Nottinghamshire. 
How does it work? We are running two categories in the workplace challenge, with £2,500 up for grabs for the winning business in each of these. The categories are: This should enable all businesses, small or large, to compete in the workplace challenge. How do I join in? Just follow these simple step-by-step instructions. It's as easy as that. Why do I have to 'Opt In'? You can join a number of different groups, including clubs, social societies and workplaces. You can only allocate your points to the one group, your workplace, for this competition. By opting in, this also means that people who have joined your group, but left your workplace, won't lower the average points total. Important Points - Sport Nottinghamshire reserve the right to check the authenticity of points logged for the workplace challenge.
- Individuals must be employed by a business to have their points assigned to that business
- Workplaces must have a minimum of three people in the group to qualify for the highest average points competition
- Only points scored between 1st May 2008 and 31st Oct will count for the workplace challenge
- The competition is open to all UK workplaces
- The two first prizes of £2,500 must be spent by the business on fitness and health initiatives for the organisation

They will be in charge of making sure everyone is registered, that all entries are logged and encourage others to join in the fun.
